A whopping 87 percent of Dallas-Fort Worth chief financial officers plan to hire in the next six months either to expand or maintain staffing levels. In addition 95 percent are confident about their growth prospects. On the downside 17 percent said finding talent is more challenging than it was three years ago and 59 percent of DFW companies are experiencing recruiting challenges.

Those are some of the highlights from the just-released Dallas/Fort Worth Professional Employment Forecast from specialized staffing firm Robert Half.
