Chief Revenue Officer

Candi started her media career in 1996 selling outdoor advertising and has never looked back. Her curiosity and passion for media led her to break out of her comfort zone and make the move to print and digital in 2006. With over 17 years of experience in the publishing industry, she has held several roles, from Senior Account Executive to VP of Sales to her current role, Chief Revenue Officer. She is committed to building lasting relationships with clients and staying ahead of the curve to help them achieve their goals.

Candi lives in beautiful Colorado with her husband Johnny, where they enjoy the over 300 days of sunshine, weekend road trips and spending time with their kids and adorable grandson.

Erin Hayden Seal

Creative Director

Erin has been working on the creative side of the magazine publishing industry for over twenty years and has been Creative Director with WEB Media Group for the majority of that time. She began contributing to Napa Valley Life several years ago and took over the design of the magazine as Creative Director in 2018. Erin received her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin where she fell in love with all things design, and Austin. When not at her computer working to make deadline, she loves to travel, spend time with friends and hang with her husband, son and dog at their home in Austin.

Laura Larson

Editorial Consultant

Laura Larson is the Editor and Regional Executive of the day-to-day management, content strategy, and operations of Napa Valley Life. Based in Napa Valley, Laura’s local expertise and connections within the community help drive and support NVL’s presence and partnerships in the region. She is the Founder of Virtual Vines, a sales and marketing consultancy focused on helping businesses launch into new markets and create market strategies. Her success in this field is based on best practices from her decades of leadership roles in the Fortune 500 Global Sector. She is active in the community, is a Napa Valley Vintners Association member, and has served on the Board of the Napa Valley Hospitality Forum and various chamber committees. She has been a featured speaker, panel expert, and judge at various Wine Industry events and a regular contributor as a featured columnist for Wine Industry Network. As an accredited sommelier, Laura’s passion for wine led her to explore wine regions worldwide and launch her own Napa-based winery, 601 Cellars, in 2015.

Vice President of Operations

Nicole Branning is the Vice President of Operations at WEB Media Group, Napa Valley Life, and 5 Point Services. A dynamic executive leader, Nicole brings a powerful blend of operational expertise and sales leadership to the organization. She is known for building high-performing teams, optimizing workflows, and driving strategic growth across departments. With a passion for excellence—believing it’s not a destination but a journey—Nicole fosters a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Her leadership style is rooted in authenticity and collaboration, empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. Nicole’s favorite quote, “Be yourself. Debora Luz Licón

Art Director

Debora has been working with magazines for over 14 years. Having worked with local Austin companies like Austin Monthly, Twin Liquors, Realty Austin, and YETI, she began freelancing for WEB Media 5 years ago. While art directing MUJER, an award-winning Spanish women’s magazine, she worked with Redroc Advertising Agency where she fell in love with designing websites. She’s a hybrid designer that now focuses her career on both print and web design – a “rare design unicorn” you might say. She tries to stay current with design trends by being active within her AIGA community and is constantly learning new art mediums such as linocut, acrylic painting, and furniture refinishing.

Heather Voorhis

Marketing Director

Heather brings over 10 years of marketing and sales experience to WEB Media Group. With a passion for creating, designing, and inspiring others, she embraces challenges and is dedicated to gaining the skills needed for any task. A lifelong learner, Heather is committed to improving herself by 1% every day.
Heather studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and earned a BFA from the University of Michigan. She lives in Connersville, IN, with her fiancé Bret and their dog Bentley. In her free time, she enjoys obstacle course racing (OCR) and volunteers to help injured veterans participate in these events, ensuring they stay “on the move.”

Carrie Rios

Area Director

Carrie is a retired Air Force Veteran with a passion for helping others. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a steadfast commitment to innovation, she continues to inspire and empower others to reach new heights of success. For over 20 years, she has provided comprehensive career coaching to thousands of clients in different industries. She has held key leadership positions, all while spearheading transformative initiatives that propelled growth and fostered a culture of innovation. She has successfully managed and supported multiple projects and teams, collaborating with stakeholders, partners, and instructors to ensure quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

She has always been a life-long learner and has an MBA from Columbia Southern University. Carrie lives in Texas and is happily married to Tony. She enjoys reading true crime novels, traveling, and attending music festivals.

Rochelle Capps

Director of Accounting

Rochelle Capps is the Director of Accounting at Web Media Group, Napa Valley Life, and 5 Point Services. With extensive experience in financial management and accounting, Rochelle has transformed the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial health and growth. Known for exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, Rochelle excels in managing complex financial systems, streamlining processes, and implementing effective financial strategies. Her career in banking and expertise in financial audits have further enhanced her ability to optimize financial processes. Rochelle holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, painting, attending concerts, and time with family.

Lisa Nichols

Accounting Clerk

After a rewarding career in education, Lisa Nichols now channels her passion for helping others as an Accounting Clerk for WEB Media Group and Napa Valley Life. She is committed to excellence and is all about making a positive impact supporting her team in managing finances and growing the company. Outside of work, Lisa loves spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations, and attending live music performances.

Brad spaulding

Area Director

Brad is a marketing professional with 18 years of experience that he gained while working for newspapers, magazines and websites throughout the southeast. Brad enjoys learning about all business sectors and working with customers to craft individualized and effective marketing campaigns. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and lives in Athens with his wife and three kids. They enjoy travel, live music, cooking and hiking.
