Tellus Group LLC, the developer of Windsong Ranch, has released the first phase of homesites inside Mosaic, their newest signature master-planned community located in Celina, TX. The community is a stunning 663 acre new $1.45 Billion master-planned community sitting immediately to the north of Windsong Ranch in Denton County. The first phase release features 435 beautiful homesites.
